Cardiff Half Marathon Event

The 2010 Cardiff half marathon will take place on Sunday 17 October and is sponsored by Lloyds TSB.

Hayley say's this of her self...

My name is Hayley Ashall and I'm currently in my last year of university at UWE studying Criminology and Arabic. When I heard about Abigail's operation I really wanted to help because walking is something the majority of us do on a daily basis without even thinking about it. I've never ran a marathon before so I'm a little worried about the distance and making it all the way round! By here's hoping! I've done most of my training in Cyprus (where I live) so I've doubled my work load because I have had to deal with the heat and humidity! But hopefully that will better my chances on the day. Please sponser me and help me to help Abigail! And if you can make it to Cardiff on the 17th to come and cheer me on then please do! :-)
