Rowing Challenge

My cousin Nick West-Gaul is doing a rowing challenge whilst he is away working on an Oil Rig (not sure what one of these is but the Pizza delivery seems a little hit and miss).

Nick says.....

I'd like to try and make a contribution to this target, and give an amazing young girl the chance to lead a more independant life.

So, I propose to row 5,000mtrs on the rowing machine everyday for my 28 days onboard the rig this trip, beginning Wednesday 6th Oct and finishing Wednesday 3rd Nov. I'll take a photo each day of the digital display showing my split times, and my boss will confirm I've completed it everyday.
